Dr Owen Bowden Jones

Dr Owen Bowden-Jones is a Consultant in Addiction Psychiatry at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial College. He oversees three teams providing treatment for alcohol, drugs and mental health problems. Areas of particular clinical interest include injectable opioid treatment, medical co-morbidities of substance use and contingency management interventions.

Dr Bowden-Jones has extensive experience of medical management and was selected by the Health Foundation to complete an intensive two-year leadership programme. He is currently leading a large quality improvement project for blood borne virus treatment in West London and is chair of medicines management for his Trust.
