Dr. Sarah Hart

Sarah Hart is the Senior Commissioner for Substance Misuse and Sexual Health services within Public Health in Haringey Council. Sarah is dual trained as a nurse and social worker and has worked in drug and alcohol services for 20 years. Sarah came into the substance misuse field via a social work placement in a residential harm reduction services, she went on to be a community care assessor, worked within the NTA, was a drug and alcohol service area manager before returning to commissioning. Haringey has set its target and budget for testing for Hepatitis C at 90%.
