John Jolly

John is the Chief Executive of Blenheim. He has worked in the substance use and criminal justice sectors for 26 years and has extensive experience in the development and management of substance use service provision.

John’s qualifications include: Applied Social Studies BA(hon); MBA; Chartered Manager; Certificate of Qualification in Social Work (CQSW); and Qualified Prince2 practitioner. He is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and one of the first few hundred managers nationally to have achieved Chartered Manager status. John is also a member of the Skills Consortium Executive.
